Begin with Elara Sculpting over facial oil, serum or moisturiser.

Use slow outward movements across the jaw, cheeks and forehead. Once the facial massage is complete, follow with one cooling sphere in each hand.

Move both spheres simultaneously across the cheeks, beneath the eyes and around the temples for a refreshing final step.

Elara provides more focused, directional massage, while the paired spheres cool broader areas on both sides of the face at the same time.
